Modern and professional equipment

The key to successful procedures lies not only in the expertise of Dr Yveta Štouračová, but also in the premium and contemporary equipment at our centre, in which we regularly invest to maintain its currency and technical condition.

Lasers operating on the principle of photothermolysis

The laser light beam of varying wavelength is absorbed by the target skin structure – hair follicle, vessel or pigment containing chromophore – to which energy is selectively transferred. Physically, light energy is converted to thermal energy. Our facility utilises lasers with wavelengths of 515 nm, 755 nm, 810 nm and 1064 nm. This covers the entire spectrum of natural and artificial pigments in the skin.

Treatment is performed following surface disinfection and cooling with cooling gel or gel packs – without compromising skin integrity.

Ablative lasers

These are high-performance surgical instruments capable of "peeling" the skin in layers one hundred times thinner than a sheet of paper. At our facility, we utilise an erbium laser (the so-called coldest laser) with a wavelength of 2128 nm, chosen for its gentle approach. We therefore select the more conservative method for you. Carbon dioxide ablative lasers operating at a wavelength of 10,600 nm cause excessive thermal damage to the skin.

We employ them for rejuvenation procedures: laser resurfacing and peeling. For removal of surface lesions – acne scars, burn scars, dyschromia, extensive brown spots, freckles or tattoos.

With a centrally directed beam, we vaporise any unwanted skin growths – congenital moles, viral warts, raised scars, cysts, keratoses.

Liposuction device

Activates the metabolism of deep skin layers. It disrupts the membrane of adipocytes, resulting in the release of fat into the intercellular space, which is subsequently removed by the immune system. Simultaneously, collagen fibres are remodelled and high-quality youthful skin texture is regenerated.

We employ ultrasound technologies and radiofrequency devices operating with unipolar or coaxial energy beams and vacuum, achieving such depth that reduction of adipose tissue or significant wrinkle reduction occurs after just three treatments at depths of one to six centimetres, performed at two-month or longer intervals. Procedures are performed without prior preparation and require no aftercare.

Intense pulsed light

Emits the entire spectrum of visible light wavelengths. The lower limit is determined by the transmittance of the glass crystal housed in the handpiece. The lamps are predominantly used for finer surface procedures – photorejuvenation, meaning – colour harmonisation of facial skin – reduction of fine wrinkles, venules, pigmentation and hair.

FotoFinder

A computerised system enabling early detection of skin cancer. Statistical evaluation of pigmented lesions allows early detection of pathological changes and thus prevention of the development of the dangerous type of skin cancer – melanoma.

Myostimulation device

Based on the principle of small electrical impulses, achieves contraction of muscle fibres – both facial and skeletal.

Biostimulation lasers

Operate on the principle of delivering energy to cells. They are suitable for all procedures where accelerated healing is required. An essential component of treatment is the physician's input in selecting the active substance applied beneath the laser beam. Laser treatment parameters are determined by the physician.

For comprehensive care, we also utilise biolamps, solariums, ionisers, ozonisers, etc.
